《饭店英语》是按照《高职高专教育英语课程教学基本要求(试行)》、针对高职高专培养一线高级技术型、应用型人才的特点而编写的,供全国高职高专院校使用的专业英语教材。全书共有15个单元,每个单元围绕一个主题编写。各单元都是由三个模块组成,包括对话、课文和补充阅读。每个模块都有学习材料和练习材料,三个模块在形式上各自独立,内容上围绕单元主题进行选材和设计。
