内容简介
张绍良、侯湖平编著的《不动产估价》是为“不动产估价”双语教学而编写，是在作者所在教学团队编写的《不动产估价》双语教学讲义的基础上修订而成。该教材被列为2013年江苏省高等学校重点教材。全书力求将美国不动产估价专业知识引入到我国的不动产估价专业教学内容中，让读者既能掌握不动产估价的基本知识，又能提高不动产估价专业英语水平，实现“融会贯通、开阔视野、提高英语”的双语教学目标。
全书共分七章，第一章包括不动产概念、不动产权利、不动产价格基本概念及其影响因素等，第二章介绍不动产估价基本概念、不动产估价基本原则、不动产估价程序等，第三章到第五章分别系统介绍比较法、收益法和成本法三种基本估价方法，第六章专门阐述土地价格评估技术，第七章重点讨论不同方法得到的估价结果的整合问题并分别介绍了美国和中国不动产估价报告格式和内容。为方便读者阅读和理解，附录A增加了不动产估价专业术语的中英文对照表，附录B和附录C则精选了美国不动产估价报告样本和中国土地估价报告样本。
全书采用“英文为主，中文标注”的双语教材编写模式，其中标注主要采取两种形式：一是直接标注，即在专业术语和比较难懂语句后直接标注。这种形式主要应用在教材的前几章，因为读者开始阅读时对专业术语不熟悉；二是段后标注，即在段落后简单概括本段的主要内容。这种形式主要在教材后面几章使用，标注采取意译或者注解的方式。
本书适合房地产专业、土地资源管理专业和资产评估专业的本科生使用，也可作为国际不动产估价专业人员的参考书，对从事不动产和不动产估价的科技工作者也有一定的参考价值。
