涂宗财,南昌大学教授、博士生导师。主要从事水产品加工及高值化利用、极端条件下食品营养成分改性及相互作用和食物资源中有效成分提取与利用等研究。主持国家自然科学基金重点基金项目、国家“十四五”重点研发计划等项目(课题)25项,省部级课题35项;出版专著9部,公开发表论文400余篇,其中SCI/EI收300多篇;获得国家发明专利授权56件;获江西省自然科学一等奖、国家教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖、江西省科技进步一等奖等省部级奖10项;获江西省教学成果一等奖3项。
